Selected experience working with distilleries, brands, and emerging whiskey projects.
Consulting & Product Development
- Ongoing consulting with Liquid Rails, supporting distilleries in building direct-to-consumer strategy and improving communication between brands and content creators
- Provided sensory analysis, tasting feedback, and R&D support for Powdermen Spirits Co., including experimental aging programs and product refinement
- Advising on development of emerging and unreleased whiskey brands, including collaboration with Drew Thorn on Silverthorn Reserve
- Contributed blending input on Batch 2 of Song Dog alongside head distiller
Industry Experience & Barrel Selection
- Co-founded Cask Collective, contributing to the selection of multiple limited and sought-after barrels across several states
- Led distillery relationships and coordination for barrel picks and collaborations
- Participated in early and exclusive selections, including a 17-year BuffTurkey release and other limited projects
Brand & Marketing Work
- Created tools and frameworks to improve how brands communicate with creators (media sample structures, review alignment)
- Brand ambassador and social media consultant for HK Young
- Marketing strategy, content support, and event planning for brands including Powdermen Spirits Co. and The Barrel Mill

- Founded and scaled NOVA Whiskey Club into one of Virginia’s most active whiskey communities

Song Dog — Blend Development (Batch 2)
Collaborated with the distillery team to provide blending input and sensory feedback during development of Batch 2.
Focused on how the final profile would translate to consumers — balancing technical quality with real-world drinkability and perception.
Resulted in a more cohesive, accessible blend aligned with both the brand’s direction and its audience.
Liquid Rails — Product & Creator Alignment
Work with distilleries through Liquid Rails to evaluate products and improve how they’re presented to consumers and reviewers.
This includes ongoing reviews, structured feedback, and helping refine how product details are communicated—leading to clearer, more consistent content across platforms.
